How did you hear about us?
I have been on Cairne since I started playing wow almost 2 years ago. Have always seen your members around. Know of your reputation on the server and never saw any drama connected to your guild. I have ran with some Exodus members in pugs and liked the way your members represent themselves and the guild. I was also looking for a new guild due to certain circumstances in my current guild and saw the post on WoW forums.

What aspect(s) of the game is your main focus?
My main aspect of this game is to have fun. I enjoy raid progression, being challenged by content and overcoming those challenges. I also enjoy doing old achievements and have recently got into running and enjoying more PVP with my alt.

Have you read and understood our guild charter? Any comments regarding it?
Yes, I have read it and agree with it 100%

What is your interest in joining Exodus, and why do you believe you're a good candidate?
My interest for joining Exodus is progression raids. But the main reason I am applying is knowing that if I was in a raid with Exodus members, I could rely on the other 9/24 people to be prepared, know how to play their class, know the fights and work together as a team and basically get the job done so to speak. I also have done a little homework before applying and have checked to see how many members are on later in the evening, since I usually stay online after a raid and try to get other stuff done, Its nice to see that others are online later in the evening.

The TL:DR version is to be in a competent progression guild but also have the social aspect of it as well.

Are there any Exodus members you know who can speak on your behalf?
None that I know of but I'm sure I have ran with some in the past.

Have you been in any other guilds on Cairne?
Bad Karma (since I was lvl 20 on my main) Not much of a guild hopper

Have you ever leveled other characters to 80?
Yes, my alt - Xentoch

Can your system handle 25-man raiding reliably?
Yes, just got a new PC a month ago. 60-80fps in Dal/25m's if thats any idea of the performance.

What kind of raid/end game experience do you have (be specific)?
12/12 ICC10
6/12 ICC25 (all pugged)
RS 10 Cleared
ToTC 10/25 cleared
11/14 Ulduar
Naxx 10/25 cleared

What is your play schedule like? Can you consistently meet our 25-man raid times?
Mon-Fri: 6:30pm - 12am (Server time)
Sat-Sun: I usually spend the weekends with my GF so I'm not online much, if I am online its usually later in the evening.

I know your not looking for any Lock's right now and he will always be my main (first toon) I am willing to wait my turn for progression raid invites. I also have a ICC geared Hunter that Ive been gearing up.

Overall, I'm looking for a friendly guild with a skilled player base. One that will keep progressing into Wrath content and continue progression once Cata comes. I'd like to think of myself as a good raider. I try to stay on top of my gear/spec's, learn the fights before a raid, adapt well to movement and strategy changes on the fly, pay attention to my surroundings and know not to 'stand in fire'.

As far as where Soulwitch is, I wish we knew. This is the reason I am looking for a new guild.

SW has been MIA for over 7 weeks now. No warnings, no communication just logged off one day and never came back. We have gone through every means possible to try and contact him. We are still unsure as to what happened to him.

So basically the Guild (Bad Karma) was left to fend for ourselves. Unfourtunatly, myself as well as some of the other higher ranked members dont have the time to commit to leading the guild. Of course a few have stepped up in helping keep things organized, which is great but, it's just not the same guild as it was before. He was a good GM and kept things in order. At the moment it just feels like a bunch of small groups of people doing their own thing. Some do schedule raids during the week but they start way to early for me (5:30pm). And when Ive tried to schedule a later raid for some of us who cant make the early run I couldnt even get 10 people since most of the people in BK who raid were already saved.

So I've tried to stick around as long as I could in hopes SW would come back but after almost 2 months I think its time to move on.

Why not use the 4set of your t10?
in your demo spec, why glyph for immolate and corruption

As far as the glyphs I use in my Demon spec goes...

Corruption glyph because Corruption is up 100% of the time to proc Molten core, so having the glyph also proc's shadow trance for an instant shadow bolt just makes sense, im spamming that most of the time anyways. And once in a while those instant casts while on the move are nice...that is when the glyph procs.

Immolate glyph because that is also up 100% of the time waiting for Molten core to Proc so I can cast my 3 incinerates, which in turn gives my incinerates more damage. So it is my best choice as far as glyphs go. plus Immolate glyph increases Immo damage by 10% + speccing into Molten core increases the duration of Immolate by 9sec. so its a win win glyph.

If that makes sense...I think I just confused myself with those explanations

As far as the whole 2pc or 4pc set, thats basically just how it worked out. I had the 2pc set for along time, then got some good 25m drops and replaced my old shoulders, golves and pants with some 264's. So I decided to use my Frosts to buy Primordials to craft my boots. After that my hit was right at the cap and buying one more t-10 pc to replace one of the 264 pcs was actually a downgrade. So i decided to wait till I had enough frosts to buy both pcs at once to balance out my stats. During that time I donated some primordials to the guild to help out some other players with patterns since I was running both 10/25's every week and getting alot of frosts...then the raiding stopped. My 25m pug i was running every week stopped, Soulwitch went MIA and about 8 of us decided to finally kill the LK. We had alot of problems with that since we couldnt get a full guild run going and would have to pug to fill some spots...we ended up just extending the lockout for like 3 weeks. tryin with different pugs till we finally got him down. Of course I wasnt getting any frosts at the time and pretty much as soon as we downed LK. I went through the "ok now what" phase for a bit and since BK and Heroic ICC isnt a good combination. I just decided to work on my alt more and try to get him some gear.

I do know that the 4pc set does a little more DPS then just the 2pc set. I have ran my current gear as well as my toon with the 4pc set through simcraft a bunch of times and at this time in the game spending 120+ frosts, regemming, chanting the pcs for a 400-500dps increase just isnt worth it.

Also, describe your demo rotation for me. What resources do you use for your information? Why didn't you gem for the +7 spell power bonuses in your gloves and legs?

Is your main spec demo or destro? If it's destro, would you be willing to respec into improved soul leech? We've been missing some replenishment in our raids as of late.

As far as my hit goes Id love to change that but that would mean I would have to replace some gear. Which at this time is getting harder and harder. No one is pugging H-ICC, and the pugs that do run icc25 usually dont go far enough for me to get something new.

For my gem choices in my gloves and legs...my gloves have 2 yellow slots which if I were to gem for the bonus I would probably pick 2 Reckless Amertine's 12sp/10haste which would give me a total of 31sp and 20 more haste...having 2 Runed Cardinals gives me 46sp and every little bit helps, especially in Demon spec with Demonic Pact.

My legs honestly I should have gemmed for the bonus but at the time I had some Runed Cardinals in the bank and already filled the requirement for my Meta so I just tossed them in there. Guess I was being lazy...but thats an easy fix.

I really dont have a main spec. Right now with BK I change specs depending on the raid makeup or what boss were fighting...for instance Saurfang, Destro works great for blood beasts since it does big burst damage. And a fight like Fester, Demon works out better because the extra SP demonic pact will give the rest of the raid. As far As respeccing I dont have a problem with that...their are some things on my current Destro build that I could change around.

Demo opening rotation is: CoE if no Unholy DK or Boomkin - CoD if their is, Metamorphosis (unless were going to bloodlust 30sec in or something like that then Ill wait for it) , Immolate, corruption, spam shadowbolts untill Molten core procs...Keep Immo and corr up at all times...at 35% decimation procs I spam Soul fires, at 25% health drain soul till dead. Although I will admit their are times I skip the drain soul at the end and just keep spamming Soul fires...especially If im getting lucky with Molten core procs.

And finally, I get my info from a few places, Warlocks den, MMOchamp, Elitest jerks as well as a few other places
