How did you hear about us? Been on Cairne for a while now. Ninjette suggested I app.
What aspect(s) of the game is your main focus? PvE. I did a stint of arena that was relatively unsuccessful, due largely to my partner and myself not having enough time to learn how to play with each other. Another story for another time.
Have you read and understood our guild charter? Any comments regarding it? Yes, I read it. No, no comments.
What is your interest in joining Exodus, and why do you believe you're a good candidate? I'm dedicated. I put myself through hell to get the stuff I want on my toon--for better or for worse. See my Feats of Strength. Oh, and check my Baron Rivendare Kills stat. :X
Are there any Exodus members you know who can speak on your behalf? Not sure if they're fully fledged members (yet, anyway), but Ninjette's like my all time biggest fan. And Razhiel is pretty awesome, too.
Have you been in any other guilds on Cairne?Rise, and not incidentally, Fall. Was in Rise for all of two days before they left (I transferred here knowing they were leaving). Fall was a guild Ninjette and I were in for the duration of the summer where we explored some 10 man content. Nothing glamorous, but given my work schedule, it was about all I could do during that time peroid.
Have you ever leveled other characters to 80? I have a 74 Death Knight that I rarely touch. My paladin is my pride and joy. Some 426 days /played later, I feel like I have a lot to show for it, and a lot to still accomplish.
Can your system handle 25-man raiding reliably? Bought a new machine this last July. She dualboxes nicely (sometimes gets a little warm, but no complaints beyond that), and my net is stable.
What kind of raid/end game experience do you have (be specific)? I've raided on and off (but mostly on) for the last 4ish years. I transferred here to play with my old guild leader and some friends from <Genesis>. I raided with this particular group through MC, BWL and a good chunk of AQ40. With another guild on my old server, I killed Emps and cleared 1.5 wings (Spiderlol, Noth and Razuvious) in Naxx40. Good times.
During Burning Crusade, I was a guild leader during the Gruul/Mag era, and helped lead raids in a mid-range guild through SSC and TK, successfully managing to get 25 misfits (to put it lightly) to work together and kill Kael and Vashj a little bit after the BT patch.
After failing to maintain farm content over a period of about a month, we merged with another guild, which in turn rose quickly through Hyjal and BT. Ultimately, we did a few Brut attempts and then the leadership went to go play Age of Conan (wtflol?) because 3.0 was imminent and Wrath was coming soon. At that point I lead a series of 'pug' raids, consisting largely the top guild's players who still wanted to raid but couldn't because their guild mates bailed during the intermission between BC and Wrath. These raids were quite successful (I believe we managed 3 KJ kills post 3.0? My memories dim, its 2 AM and I'm rambling).
Then Wrath hit and I went uber-cas after Ulduar. Managed a few 49/50 TOGC 10 runs where I was the tank, but someone always, ALWAYS F'ed up anub

. And then I did some ICC which is fun sawce.
TL;DR (Raid experience): Vanilla was like a can of Coke--Serious and fun. BC was like a can of Mountain Dew Throwback (or whatever that shit is that has real sugar)--Hardcore. Wrath's like diet Pepsi. Meh, I'll drink it.
What is your play schedule like? Can you consistently meet our 25-man raid times? Class gets out at 4:20 on Tuesday/Thursday (home by 4:50), and I have no running commitments on Sunday afternoons.
Any other comments?I'm going to sleeeeeeeeeeep.
