What is your interest in joining Exodus, and why do you believe you're a good candidate?i am wanting to achieve better results with raiding.... i beleive that with my limited experiance i have achieved great results an gear plus i am a fast learner for new encounters/stuff.

What kind of raid/end game experience do you have (be specific)?i started in the time of WOTLK wen truimph badges were ur daily rewards an busted a gut trying to get t9 gear. My firstreal experience raiding was ICC i have been 10/12 in 10 man with H loot ship an 6/12 in 25 man with another H loot ship.... got a OS 3D fiddeled with ulduar an nax an some older content....


What is your play schedule like? Can you consistently meet our 25-man raid times?i would say regulary but not consistently because of work which ill explain later if more detail is needed (eaiser on vent) but if i say im showing up i do...

The main thing that worries me is that you list your main spec as Prot. Right now we have five main spec tanks in the guild, three of which are Paladins. We also have three or four people with tanking off specs that all know what they're doing and can probably cover any gaps that might show up. I'm not trying to dissuade you from wanting to join or anything, but if you are accepted and get a raid spot you may very well be asked to go Ret or Holy.

I have no comment on the rest of the application. I'll leave that up to people who know what they're talking about.

Thats no issue for me, origanaly my toon was ret from creation to 80 at that time the random dungeon finder was introduced to the game. I went tank to get quicker que times farmin truimph to gear up so ret become my offspec. As far as tank goes i only really need 1 more piece besides doin Heroic modes to get better versions, i also have 4 t10 bits in bank. I would b quite comfortable in ret as i really do enjoy it but have found my self tanking for a very long time for some reason. Now healing is a different story ive never tried it so i got no idea how i would go but am willing too if needed.... Im pretty easy I just go with the flow what ever is needed.I also relise it will more than likley take time to get a raid spot, i can sit on the sidelines till needed or find a pug, just cruise along doin other stuff

I confirm that I know Const, and that he would definitely be a fitting member in Exodus (IMO, anyway).
He has helped me a lot in getting Bia to where she is today, gear & knowledge-wise. I can't say too much technical stuff about his raiding experience as I am fairly new to it myself, but I *have* raided with him in the Guild I was previously a part of, and I can say that he does do well in either spec. He is good at following instruction, quick to pick up on mechanics & does a great amount of damage in either spec (especially so, since they nerfed the Pally's DX). He has a great personality, is very friendly and willing to help - definitely a good friend of mine, I might add!

Looking over your Ret gear on wowheroes. looks good. Over hit cap which could be converted to either haste if not haste soft capped or mastery for increase free TV's. Or you could try to up your crit. I know it's scaled for lvl85 right now, but I would aim for atleast 25% self buffed (just kings)

What is you priority rotation as ret?
Also, I'm not sure if its wowheroes or not, but it shows your gloves have the BS socket on it but no gem? is there a gem there that wowheroes isn't picking up or is it still empty?

HAHA must b wow heroes the gloves would b gemmed like evrything else,strenght,strength an more strength.Also i noticed its not showing that i have got the 251 t10 shoulders an skeleton lord ring from icc lol. As far as reforgeing any other hit that i remove for mastery or crit takes me below the hit cap so im stuck atm but i will go check it out now that i got that new ring i might b able to crunch some different numbers ......WOW i had ta come back an edit i forgot to answer ur other question lol.... Before the patch the priority rotation that i liked was to try an do a 6969 with the cd's wich was along the lines of judgement ,cons, crusader an divine storm.Now after patch I beleive its crusader,judge an exorcisim till holy power is full then either templers (single target) or divine storm(aoe).Now depending on where i am determines wen i use avenging wrath (with the cd) its always used on bosses.I guess thats the bulk of it its 530am atm tad bit early to b thinking straight.....

I'm just curious as to how much research you've done in lvl85 as ret. Once cata hits and we get Inquistion, where would you place that into your rotation?
DS is absolutely failboat atm, even as an AoE it still blows. I've never factor'd it into my rotation on any boss or trash. it hits like a wet noodle. But I have read on MMO that blizz is thinking about changing it again (taking it off HoP and placing it on a GCD again) and if this change does go live, DS will become a viable ability to throw into our rotation. Until then, no.....no.......no touchy da DS!

Why don't you use Holy Wrath? it hits pretty hard (about 9k crit on single targets) it also has a chance to proc 1 HoP to provide more use of TV. not to mention, if glyph'd, it will stun Ele's and Dragonkin.

Our current priority is: INQ3HoP>TV3HoP>CS>Exo>HoW>Judge>HW

my issue with all ppl that apply to our guild is will u show up for raids! and be on time and prepared both ms and os ready to go. we raid 3 nights a week tue,thurs and sun if u want to raid in this guild u must be able to make those days at 7 server time ...not 1 or 2 days but all 3 on the regular. Not that u wont be able to raid at all if u can not raid all 3 days if thats the case u will probly find yourself on the standby list when u r loged on rather than having a spot in raids. if u show up every raid day witch is ideal for applying to this guild you will most likely find a spot in raids as long as your skill and instruction following abilities r solid.....we r raiders and we take pride in that fact alone witch makes us one of the best raiding guilds on this server.

This. Be warned... don't get attached to your tank spec. I joined prot and I've only gone once as a tank. Fun part is I still get tank gear as a healer since it's technically still my MS.

i think u may have sumed it up well linx with my shift work an rotating roster working a 5 on 4off. 4 on 5 off, 5on 5 off i wont b able to make all 3 days of raids unfortuantley which is of no benifit to the guild i guess..... i dunno let us know wat u guys think
