How did you hear about us?
I've seen your members around the realm fairly often, which lead me to do a little research - I asked a member for your website URL, as well as looked Exodus up on WoW Heroes.

What aspect(s) of the game is your main focus?
End-game content in order to gain the experience as well as gear Bia up and prepare her for Cataclysm.


Have you read and understood our guild charter? Any comments regarding it?
Very much so. Nay.


What is your interest in joining Exodus, and why do you believe you're a good candidate?
I seek to participate in end-game content in order to gain experience and gear upgrades, and I know this is Exodus' priority unlike many of the Social and Leveling Guilds around Cairne. I agree with the guidelines, and the fact that Exodus is an extremely active Guild is definitely a nice factor.


Are there any Exodus members you know who can speak on your behalf?
Not that I know of, hehe.


Have you been in any other guilds on Cairne?
I was GM of a past Guild, Omerta. I have also been in many other guilds throughout the leveling process of this character, but no real notable raiding guilds. The only Guild I have really done any end-game content with was Death Rising.


Have you ever leveled other characters to 80?
This is my first and only 80.


Can your system handle 25-man raiding reliably?
Just fine, including 40-man For The Horde Achievements


What kind of raid/end game experience do you have (be specific)?
I have worked at ICC 10/25 (regular & heroic) but haven't actually gained any titles yet. I have also tinkered a little in RS 10/25 (regular). For any other notables, I have a fair number of WotLK Raid achievements which can be viewed here.


What is your play schedule like? Can you consistently meet our 25-man raid times?
I am extremely flexible and almost always available in-game. Most definitely.

Hm...I did note that you were in the process of completing your Ulduar Achievements (sad face), BUT...If you decide to create another group to complete these Achievements, I would definitely like to put my name on the board!

Also, might I ask as to why your profs aren't max'd? Or atleast at 400 because the JC only gems are extremely valuable and increase your dps.

Oh right. Then I guess it's not available, as I had no idea what it was? I will check into it now though, now that I know what it is.

Well, I actually just came back from a 2 month break from WoW, and prior to that, Bia had literally JUST leveled to 80 for only a couple of months. I am still a fairly green 80, even though I do have a fair amount of raiding experience under my belt, I am still learning all of the nooks and cranny's about what it is to have an 80 and to progress in end-game content. Needless to say, I've spent most of my time working on getting my 251/264 gear, as well as learning how to better my character (which, as you can see, I am still doing), so I really haven't put much focus into my professions until now. I will however be working a lot harder on my professions, now that this was brought to my attention, thanks!

I grouped with Bia and he seems like a very good person. Quick to learn and good at following orders. We ran a few old world raids and he dose a good amount of dps and damage. Very helpfull outgoing and all around good person from what i saw

I randomly joined a naxx 10 pug just to mix things up when grinding JP. Bia happened to be in the same pug. He did not know the naxx fights, but listened to the instruction and then actually executed the mechanics correctly (unlike most people in the pug, who couldn't even figure out how to get inside the room before the boss was pulled). I'm definitely no expert on dk's, but his DPS seemed good.

Bia isn't as experienced as most of our members. But he is motivated, friendly, and listens to instructions. Furthermore, after the awesome naxx 10 pug, I can assure you that he does not get demotivated from wipes. Heck, he didn't even drop group while me and a tank spent ten minutes two-manning Heigen after most of the raid wiped b/c somebody face pulled the boss while the raid leader was explaining the fight and painstakingly placing color coded flares all over the place.

Heya Bia, we have 3 very active raiding Dks right now, so it might be awhile before you were able to raid. I don't know how big of a deal that is to you, but we thought you should know that up front.

It's alright, there is plenty to do on WoW still - like work on my Professions, or perhaps level another character that might be useful to the Guild's Raiding needs, like a Healer or something If I do do that, I will give you names so that they may also get an invite to the Guild (should my application be accepted). But for now, with Bia, I am fine with working my way up to Raider until a Core spot does become available.
