I'm just wondering, I've noticed that these are marked as Public forums, does that mean there are guild forums that have all of the important news about raids and stuff? or is there just this forum? Do I have to be a certain rank to use the other one if there is?

when your forum name colour gets changed to green, you can see the other sections.
& you can pm Xunekaath about changing it if you are in a hurry.
