How did you hear about us?
I have seen your guild around and have respected the way your guild carries itself. All members have been respectful and polite.

What aspect(s) of the game is your main focus?
Heroics, Raiding. I have played the game for 5 years. I enjoy end game raiding very much. I am Loyal and eager to see the end game content. Progression is part of learning in the game. There is nothing like the first time you take a boss down.

Are you applying to be a Social or Raiding member?
I enjoy Raiding very much and look forward to be Social, and participating in the guild. I'm willing to serve my time and be available when needed.

Have you read and understood our guild charter? Any comments regarding it?
I have read thru the information, and I appreciate the structure and meaning of it.

What is your interest in joining Exodus, and why do you believe you're a good candidate?
Being in a top guild and an end game raiding guild, is exciting stuff. I have played alliance for my first 4 years of the game and have found it to be true what is said, most of the horde players are better than the average alliance. Since coming to the horde I have searched for a guild "home". I'm looking for consistant good leadership, fairness, and officers that treat the guild fairly. I have raided all the dungeons in ICC and before, and have been working in a challenging guild to get some progression in CATA. I am a serious individual, that has a lighter side to enjoying life. Being focused on my healing assignments and finishing strong. I am looking for a guild to help inspire me to be the best player I can be, and in turn I will give all I have to make the raid a success as well.

Are there any Exodus members you know who can speak on your behalf?
No one personally. I have done a few raids, and heroics.

Have you been in any other guilds on Cairne?
Yes. Xplicit Content, in there now. Leadership is in question as well as ethics. Progression limited. All about the good of the few, not the many. DOA, I was leveling and stayed in there for a bit.

Have you ever leveled other characters to 80?
2 pallies, rogue, hunter, druid, priest. Still have pally and rogue alliance..... Sitting there collecting dust.

Can your system handle 25-man raiding reliably?
Yes!! I keep the system capable to stay up and running.

What kind of raid/end game experience do you have (be specific)?
Vanilla, and BC. All the way to Lich King... Have done some BOT, BWD, BH.

What is your play schedule like? Can you consistently meet our raid times?
I can work my schedule with Raiding.

I'm not 100% up on Holy, not since 4.01 really, but I'm wondering why you don't have LoD or aura mastery, both of which I remember to be fairly useful talents. Like I said, not 100% on any changes since cata, so can you explain it? Maybe Placate or one of our other more current holy paladins can say something more useful?

In running the instances I do now, Holy Radiance has proven very effective. Also, Raid members dont stack up to well. With my main assignments of healing the tanks, my holy power gets more used to keep the tank up. My normal contribution to Raid healing is with Holy Radiance. I also come off tanks as necessary to keep desperately low health Raid members up.

Aura Mastery, I have had and haven't used in the current Raids we have been doing. Always, willing to discuss appropriate usage of Aura Mastery to the betterment(I make up my own words as needed...) of the raid.

Thank you for your thoughts, and I would enjoy a conversation about usage of both with anyone. As a matter of fact a conversation with an officer would be appreciated.

Herbalism has helped with getting herbs for the guild. I played with my brother and sister for 4 years. We had toons that supported eachother as well. They stopped playing around 1 year ago. I have found herbing and helping supply the guild has been beneficial in the past. Enchanting is nice to have the extra buffs on my rings. Also, again helpful to the guild. DEing or enchanting.

I have been working on my range with Judging toons, figuring out if I can take a point from that to be a more powerful healer. Testing it, as well as when I didn't spec into LOD. Aura mastery again didn't put points into. I have always carried it and was wondering how I could manage doing my job without it. Blessed Life, again it seems that when raiding, my toon tends to take damage, I have been in the top 5 of damage taken.... So, again I have been playing with it to see if it will be helpful in my ability to heal, and gain Holy Power. Quicker heals, from a quicker reset.

4) Glyphs - Could you explain why you use Divine Favor over Holy Shock and why you have Beacon of Light over Divinity?

For a really big raid heal I use Divine Favor and then Holy Radiance, the healing is incredible. Divine Favor, with its 3 min cool down, is really an O-Shit moment, and I was wondering what the return on getting haste and crit chance increased for 30 seconds during a wipe potential moment, I have enjoyed having the flexibility that it has given me. Holy shock glyph only gives the CHANCE of 5%.... I have used the Holy Shock glyph before, switched it up to Divine favor. Divine is a sure thing, holy shock is a chance.

In my current situation with raiding, you may have more of a need for Divinity. There are times in a raid when a tank will get down so low quickly in a fight that I will use Lay on Hands to preserve mana, it would then be welcome as well. For me at this time, making sure I have a beacon on is very reassuring. When you get into a long boss fight, and you may need the mana from beaconing the tank.... I don't know, it is play style preference really.. I like refreshing beacon before a fight... I think you know what can happen that one time you forget......

In so far as the link you gave me, yes there is some more that I can do, and I'm willing to do. I appreciate the advice you gave me so quickly..... It has been challenging to find a guild, and or peeps that will help me be better!! Better at playing the game, and getting a better experience out of the game!
