Hello, and thank you for considering my application. To answer your questions:
1. War Academy gives me a damage boost for only one skill while tanking: Devastate. Because of other skills that generate more threat, devastate is not a frequently used skill, except to renew sunders, so I felt the points could best be used elsewhere. Bloodcraze gives me a chance to renew 3.5% of my health, which helps out the healers and improves my chances of staying up in a prolonged fight.
2. In Cata, Mastery has become the most important stat. It takes the places of Stamina, as a warrior with high Block and Critical Block can stay up longer than someone with more stamina that takes full damage all the time.
3. A good portion of my gear right now is BiS for non-raiding. However, I am looking to get the Heroic Earthshape shoulders and of course the rep boots from Dragonmaw. If I could replace only one piece it would be my boots with the Dragonmaw boots, as those will last me a long time.
4. My biggest strength in the game would have to be my efficiency. I am always trying to find the best and most efficient way to do anything. I am always open to suggestions and advise, and am constantly trying to improve my skills as a tank and as a leader.
5. My biggest weakness right now is inexperience. I have limited raid experience, mostly as OT. However, I hope to counteract that with an openness and willingness to learn, and to execute the plan of the raid leader to the best of my abilities.
