How did you hear about us?
The WoW forums; specifically, your recruitment thread on the Cairne forum. Also, I noticed Darthkitty (whom I raided with a couple times) is in your guild.

What aspect(s) of the game is your main focus?
Progressive raiding.

Yes, I have read and understand the guild charter. Not really any comments; seems standard.

What is your interest in joining Exodus, and why do you believe you're a good candidate?
I'd like to play with a friendly group of people who have the ability to push through the higher level end game content. I enjoy raiding very much, and I consider myself to be a dependable player who could help this guild progress.

Are there any Exodus members you know who can speak on your behalf?
No; I can't say I really know anyone from your guild. I think I've raided with a couple of your members, but I don't really know anyone.

I have a level 80 Druid on another server, but that's it.

Can your system handle 25-man raiding reliably?
Yes.

What kind of raid/end game experience do you have (be specific)?
I've really only been playing for about a year, so most of my raiding experience is with the newer content only.

What is your play schedule like? Can you consistently meet our 25-man raid times?.
Evenings for weekdays. Weekends are flexible. The raid times you have listed work for me.

Overall, I'm looking for a nice friendly guild that has the ability to push through high-level content. My experience is limited, but I consider myself to be a really good player who knows his class very well. Feel free to ask me any questions.

One thing I did want to point out:
I just recently hit 450 on JC and was planning on making the switch to an Armor Pen build. However, rumors suggest the new patch will be out really soon, and Armor Pen will no longer exist. Thus, I'm holding off on the ArmPen gems and will probably just stay with the agility gems.

Specs look about right (cc specs) your missing a couple minor glyphs in both specs tho.

What would you consider your worst piece of gear for MM?
Which piece of gear is your best?

What add-on to you use to insure that you do not clip your auto shots in MM?

You are correct sir about the Arp regemming (no reason to do it any more) but why all agility gems and not some agil/crit gems?
Are you willing to sit and wait for a raid spot to open (if needed) as we have 2 hunters that raid every night right now?

Ya, I can't say any of the minor glyphs are really useful. Although, Glyph of Mend Pet should also be on my MM build.


Well, there isn't necessarily one piece that sticks out as being my worst. I would have said Herkumi War Token, but according to femaledwarf, it's almost as good as Whispering Fanged Skull. I suppose it would be my boots or neck piece. My neck piece has the hit i need to reach the cap though.


I'll go with my helm on this one. I could argue Deathbringer's Will if I gemmed full Armor Pen.

When Kill Shot applies, it takes priority over everything else.


This is pretty much a priority based rotation:
Kill Shot
Explosive Shot
Black Arrow
Serpent Sting
Aimed Shot
Steady Shot

When Lock N' Load procs, i'll stick a shot (based on priority) in between Explosive Shots, so each tic of Explosive shot hits.


Of over all damage, I believe auto shot.
Hardest hitting - Kill Shot.

Honestly, I've never really considered it. Running the numbers through femaledwarf seem to suggest it's not worth it unlees you use them to get the bonus. If I swap out a few of my gems for agil/crit to get the bonus, I saw a potential increase of only 27 dps. Although, I could probably get a little more if I swapped my nightmare tear to get another bonus or two.


That would be fine with me.

If you are moving you cant auto shot so you need a add-on that gives you when to stand still for auto shot to go off and as MM your auto shots is a huge part of your dps.

Ah, I thought you meant clipping with Steady Shot. Here are my thoughts on this.
Whenever I’m moving, it usually means I’m trying to avoid something or reach a certain spot as soon as possible. Thus, I prefer to run straight to this location without pausing to release my auto shot on the way (I still use my instants of course). For me, it’s a risk/reward type of thing, and I generally (depends on the fight) don’t consider the extra couple auto shots to be worth the risk. However, that’s just my opinion. I am curious though, what addon do you use for this?

Quartz has a lovely little swing timer in it that works well. Its very nice to hear that mechanics and movement is more important than your personal dps!
