Extended Leave
Full Members who will be gone for an extended period of time (2 weeks or more) will give leadership notice, and will be given this rank until they return. If the period is longer than a month, they may return as an Initiate to be re-evaluated before being promoted back into the main guild force.

Initiate
New members are brought into the guild as an initiate, which is a rank that is held as a probationary period for people we're evaluating for higher ranks. The normal period for new members of this rank will run for two weeks, and raid invites will only go out to fill spots. Full members can possibly be demoted to Initiate for a week for re-evaluation. Promotions can be influenced by cooperation, performance, and personality.

Member
Full members work to improve the guild as a whole and follow all guidelines set forth in the guild charter. All issues, problems, and concerns will be directed toward the Council and not aired in open chat channels or Ventrilo. They will be respectful to both non-guildies and fellow members. Friends and family, along with non-raiding members will remain members as long as they follow the basic rules. A Member may be promoted to Raider if he/she truly shows a desire and basic competence in raiding. Member level and below cannot place guild wide events on the guild calandar.

Raider
Raiders are full Members that are able and willing to participate in raids. Raid invites will be for 10-mans only or to fill in for missing spots in 25s. Promotion to Core Raider may be achieved by showing that the person will consistently meet all requirements for raiding 25-mans outlined below.

Core Raider
The core progression force for the guild have the highest expectations to meet, Core Raiders will be the only guild members that receive initial 25-man raid invites. Besides the requirements for a standard Raider, Core Raiders will maintain proper raid ettiquette, performance, and participation:

- Must have no current disciplinary issues within the guild.
- Maintain proper raid performance for your role.
- Sign up to raids you wish to partipate in.
- Show up on time, repaired, at the instance portal, 15 min prior to raid start.
- Stay until the end of the raid.
- Sit out without complaint when asked.
- Continually try to improve yourself and your class/role.
- Have gear properly gemmed/enchanted.
- Be willing to take unsolicited criticism without taking it personally.
- Know your class mechanics and synergies with others.
- Bring your own food/flasks/potions.
- Know the fights and encounters, and ask questions for clarification on guild strategy.
- Pay attention to what's going on around you, not just recount/grid/omen.
- Admit to mistakes and take responsibility for your actions.
- Only AFK during scheduled breaks.
- Maintain a stable connection, or offer to step out otherwise.
- Avoid damage and keep yourself alive.
- Participate in strategy discussion on the forum.

Those that do not meet all of the above criteria will be in imminent danger of being demoted back to Raider until a time in which their behavior improves to earn their rank back. Depending on the number of similar classes, specs, and/or roles, this may be a competitive rank to attain and maintain.
